Introduction

5.0W/m.k thermal conductive silicone grease has good thermal conductivity, temperature resistance, and insulation properties, making it an ideal dielectric material for heat-resistant devices. Its performance is stable, and it will not produce corrosive gases or affect the metals it comes into contact with during use. High purity fillers and organic silicon ensure smooth, uniform, and high-temperature insulation of the product. Apply to the assembly surfaces of power devices and heat sinks to help eliminate air gaps between contact surfaces, increase heat flux, reduce thermal resistance, lower the operating temperature of power devices, improve reliability, and extend service life
