Introduction

TP200 is a thermal conductive silicone gasket made of silicone and thermal conductive ceramic filler through special processing technology. It is double-sided self-adhesive, high electrical insulation, and has good thermal conductivity under low voltage shrinkage. The thermal conductive silicone sheet has a thickness of 1.0-12mm and a thermal conductivity coefficient of 2.0W/m.K. It can work stably at -40 ℃~150 ℃ and meets the UL94V0 flame retardant rating.
