Introduction

TP400 is a material with high thermal conductivity, also known as thermal conductive silicone pad. It is double-sided self-adhesive and exhibits low thermal resistance and good electrical insulation characteristics when used in electronic component assembly under low compression force. It can work stably at -40 ℃~150 ℃ and meet the flame retardant rating requirements of UL94V0
