Synthetic graphite sheet/artificial graphite film thermal conductive film is a highly crystalline and well oriented thermal conductive thin film material produced by advanced synthesis technology under extremely high temperature atmosphere. It not only has extremely high thermal conductivity, but also has good anisotropy characteristics. Its thermal conductivity along the film surface direction can reach 1800W/m-k, close to the theoretical limit value of 2200W/m-k; Approximately 17W/m-k along the vertical direction of the membrane surface, comparable to thermal grease and thermal phase change materials, but without the aging problem of thermal grease and thermal phase change materials for graphite sheets; Easy to overlap with PET film and double-sided adhesive products, convenient for installation and application
